FAQ - Revised enrolment process in PMJJBY/PMSBY post integration with JANSURAKSHA

 1. Enrolment application for PMJJBY and PMSBY is being integrated with JANSURAKSHA portal for de-duping (to find out duplicate enrolment) the customers across the banks.

2. Post this implementation any customer shall be able to enroll in PMJJBY or PMSBY only once in any Bank where he/she maintains his/her account even if he/she is maintaining accounts also with other Banks.

3. To be eligible for enrolment under JANSURAKSHA Portal, customer CIF must have one of the following KYC documents such as Aadhaar, PAN Card, Voter (Election) Identity Card, Driving License , Passport , MGNREGA Job Card linked as First ID Type in CBS.

4. The following validations enabled in JANSURAKSHA Portal to be eligible for enrolment under PMJJBY/PMSBY Schemes are as follows. Circle Kiosk Helpdesk Teams are requested to guide CSPs to ensure following so as to avoid failures during enrol
